I just stumbled upon an idea. At some point when things stop being so crazy, I'm going to make a photo book for JD about his Daddy. Because I can design this book online, I'll be able add little blurbs about Jeff. So, if you have a favorite memory or just something you really liked about Jeff, that you would like me to share with JD one day, please post a comment here. If you're shy about posting publicly, you can send an e-mail to jmw280@gmail.com.
Thanks!

shy about posting publicly? oh please!
my favorite things about Jeff...there are soo many.
- his laugh!
- watching him jump into the dam.
- shimmying into the boat..the same boat we had to drain the water with pop/beer cans so we wouldnt sink.
- how he never used my real name. he always called me "booger!"
-how he'd sneak me beer at his shows and call me his groupie.
-listening to him play his guitar.
-his farts
-our very little maple syrup but lots of salad dressing club!
-making fun of you together
- him in that ridiculously small superman costume for halloween.
- watching him run from gas station to restaurant on the way home from pittsburgh becasue he was starting to sweat!
- his care-free nature (he let me drive the red truck home from subway once. I ramped the curb pretty hard turning onto the highway, he laughed...jeff thought the ride was soo fun)
- how he gave me the "tweedle dee" nickname!
and the list goes on.....
We know you're not shy, Danielle.
You reminded me of the first time Jeff jumped into the dam off of our first boat...he was so excited that the boat floated and the motor worked that he did his goofy cannonball into the water with his wallet, cell phone and his glasses. The wallet and glasses we saved...the cell phone was never the same.
oh i remember that!
we also had to paddle our way into shore one time on that boat!
Jeff was a very good water skiier and knee baorder!
ooo he even skiid on one ski sometimes.
he also cured me of my vegetarian stage on that boat.
thank goodness for that!!
My friend made a book like that on Shutterfly and it was awesome...I am sure JD will love it.
My favorite memories of Jeff were sitting around listening to him play (one time in State College is especially memorable and who can forget him playing at your wedding reception). Of course, no one will ever forget his beautiful eyes, smile, and personality. He was truly a good guy.
My favorite memories of Jeff would be whenever he had his guitar out he would always take a special request and play the Hanakuh (probably spelled wrong) song; he even played it at the end of your wedding reception.

There are so many things about Jeff that everyone loved!!
- His contagious smile & laugh (even if I didn't think something was as funny as Jeff did, it was impossible not to laugh along with him)
- His careful spirit (he was always go with the flow and kept us all grounded)
- His love for his family & friends (He loved you & JD more than anything and made such strong bonds with all his friends that will never be lost or broken)
- Playing his guitar for everyone (whether it be with the band, at weddings, or just hanging with friends around the campfire).. I will never forget those memories or the time he played my father-daughter dance at our wedding while you sang the song (so sweet)!
- His love for food.. he was never too fond of sweets, but stick him in Las Vegas with all you can eat steak.. and well lets just say that I am pretty sure he devoured an entire cow that night.. impressive I might add!!
- I don't think there is a single person that has ever met Jeff that he didn't leave an impression on..
I know when I first starting dating Richie and met your family you & Jeff took me right in and accepted me immediately.. Over the past 10 years you 2 have became not only my friends but my brother and sister!! I love you both!!
