I took this video about a month or so before Jeff's first relapse...back in January 2009. He was just starting to feel like himself, and he looked fantastic. As much as it hurts, I love remembering a healthy Jeff.

Thanks for sharing this video – what a great moment! I’m sure Jeff (as would a lot of us) would love to erase any of the painful memories of his illness from your memory. And I’m confident that this is exactly how Jeff would want you to remember him – in his happy healthy times.
Wish we could re-wind the clock to that happy day and re-write 2009 entirely. It was so wonderful seeing Jeff playing with J.D. on video,Jamie. Thanks for sharing that precious moment from your heart's treasury, on Valentine's Day. Sending all our love to you and little J.D. Not a day goes by that I don't still wake up with Jeff on my mind and feel the pain of his loss. I'm so glad that you have your beautiful little son to wake up to and who makes you smile. I just found this by accident. I am so sorry for your loss and hope your sweet baby boy can help his mommy feel some joy when the heavy pain of your this is trying to consume you.
